SHEQ and CPD Policies
GDG has developed a formal integrated system which covers Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality Management. These systems have been audited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) and have received accreditation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. All work carried out by GDG is completed in accordance with our proven Quality Management System, updated every six months in line with our evolving procedures. It is a priority of GDG management to encourage and support staff in actively pursuing learning and training opportunities that are aligned with the objectives of our company and our professional obligations. Built into our company procedures is a system that allows us to maintain Continuous Professional Development logs for all employees. Employees are encouraged to attend both internal and external conferences, lectures and training opportunities, to attain chartered status with Engineers Ireland and to maintain a minimum annual CPD requirement.
