The Scope of Work

GDG was appointed by the Department of Environment, Climate and Communications to develop the technical criteria for the Maritime Area Consent Process for Relevant Projects under the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 including the technical assessment of application documentation for each relevant project and a recommendation to the Minister on award of a MAC to each relevant project.
