The use of dynamic pile testing is a sometimes underused resource for assessing the suitability of pile foundations. The tests can be carried out during the pile installation for driven piles or relatively quickly afterwards for bored piles without the complexity of accommodating static load tests.

GDG was pleased to present at the 4th International Cone Penetration Testing Symposium - CPT'18. The CPT'18 Conference was held in TU Delft, Netherlands, on the 21st and 22nd of June, and focused on the solution of the geotechnical challenges using cone penetration test CPT.
